Just thought I'd document this, since I don't see any real information on the internet about how to go about doing this.
I'm planning on selling one of my computers, but I needed to restore it to factory settings. Had constant issues with installing or updating drivers, ran incredibly inefficiently, taskbar looked ugly and generally it would never run games well enough. Been running Windows 7 Ultimate ever since and will never go back to anything else.:-)

I'm actually sort of impressed that it didn't happen sooner. Another surprising thing, I never got a BSOD using Vista.

of course it could just be because vista sucks. haha

The two netbooks I have played with that run Vista (Acer AS1410 and Acer 751h) run it very well. Are there any other netbooks that run vista really well or at least decently? I mainly want one with vista so i get the windows 7 in October. Sub $400 would be ideal too. P.S. I do realize if the pc runs vista it isn't a netbook by MS's definition. But if it is sub $400, has no optical drive, and is really small i think its a netbook.
