• Ease of use Everything is big and simple good
• Speed There isn't too much eye candy compared to what you can do with the iphone and androids, so because of that, it's quite quick good
• Configurability can't customize it at all awful!
• Ecosystem (apps, drivers, etc.) No one supports this platform at the moment, and seems like they won't bother. I hate that you HAVE to use the zune software to transfer music and videos awful!
• Openness There's no openess at all. You can't even access the phone's file system (unless you put a custom rom) and even with that, it's difficult. SIMPLY HORRIBLE awful!

I guess by now, you can't say anymore that No one supports this platform. As for openness, it's a phone, not a pc. Why complicate things if the phone hides certain features... Apple does the same, but no one rated them awful for openness

Dude it's a PHONE, not a computer. You don't need to access the file system.
