This is Windows 1.01, the first version of Windows, released in 1985, and announced soon after VisiCorp's VisiOn OS for IBM-Compatibles. This OS has tiled windows and was only really a GUI for DOS it was not very popular, since it wasn't compatible with most keyboards available at the time. EDIT: it wasn't compatible with most ANYTHING at the time!
