I don't know what it is about this mouse, but it's the only one I'll every use. I have one at work, one at home, and one that I travel with. It's old by any standard but it's still the only mouse I will ever need. No trackback, so no need to clean it (I bought it when that was still an "advance" feature). And it's got this nice, not too slick, tactile feel. More importantly, it works with a lefty. Why so many mouses are designed to only be used with one hand, I have no idea. My wife is right handed, I'm left handed, we don't want to swap out the mouse every time we swap seats. Just the perfect mouse.
