When it was a new product, this was fairly decent, and a good value. Nowadays, the 640x480 max resolution is pitiful, the adjustable focus lens is somewhat too touchy, and the mic has poor gain. The adjustable stand/clip was pretty nice for its day, but there are better designs around now.
