I have never been one for motion controls, the Wii was ok, but in the end was more of a gimmick but had its functional moments. But the Kinect has been hands down the best peripheral I have ever owned. The one downside has been lack of games but that seems to be a remedy that is in the works. Body and movement tracking has been hands down far superior to anything else I have ever played, and while it has its glitches and space requirements the activity and workout you get from playing simple games is mind blowing.
