We wouldn't spend nearly what Logitech's asking for the G700. But we do already miss the extra buttons. If you're due for an upgrade, only the slightly steep price, middling battery life and your-mileage-may-vary comfort concerns keep these both from being must-owns.

I simply love this mouse and feel like it’s the best one I’ve ever used. But I always feel that way about Logitech mice until the new one comes out with a slightly-tweaked design. For now though, this is the mouse to beat.

The most significant issue with this otherwise fantastic peripheral though, is the battery life indicator....Even with this and smaller niggles, the G700 is a fantastic deal at £60, and should be snapped up.

Despite hoping for something special, we came away from our time with the G700 supremely disappointed. Switching to wireless mode - the G700’s key feature and a major factor in its relatively high price - and the G700 is impossible to live with.

This is a great mouse. It is much more ergonomic than every other mouse that I own. One of the best features of this mouse is that it can be either wired or wireless. It is possible to switch to a wired connection mid-game if the mouse runs out of charge.
