The Logitech UE 9000, which can be used as a wired or a wireless Bluetooth headphone pair, is a high-quality, but very expensive, option.

Overall, among the current crop of Bluetooth noise cancelers, the 9000 ends up somewhere midpack if you consider its balance of sound quality against features.

I found the UE9000 a pretty terrific compromise of some fairly complicated factors. The sound quality was very, very good as a passively sealed, wired headphone. The noise canceling was good, but not great. It's Bluetooth performance, however, was the best I've heard to date.

The high price of the Logitech UE 9000 is what’s stopping us recommending them outright. If you can find them for a significant discount where they begin to compete with the Audio-Technicas, Boses and Polk Audios in the sub-$400 price range, we’d give them serious consideration.

They could do better in terms of refinement – but if it’s energy and entertainment you’re after (as well as Bluetooth), they’re pretty much spot-on.

The Logitech UE 9000 headphones offer a premium music and movie listening experience at a reasonable price. The ability to listen to music and movies that sound better than my home theater, via my iPhone and without any wires, is reason enough to love the headphones.

The Logitech UE 9000 wireless headphones have a richer feature set than just about any other set of cans on the market ... All these extra bits and bobs send the price sky high though, and the fidelity of the sound can’t match the best at £300.

The Logitech UE 9000 will not disappoint in any way. Performance, looks and comfort on this one will be hard to match. Of course this is all after you have recovered from the expenditure.
