Detailed review
This is my 4th Harmony remote (8800, link, harmony one) and in my opinion this is the best one so far.

As usual the setup is the very worst part of the experience, it is difficult to believe that something that costs this much money has such a horrible user experience for something as important as the setup, I can only assume less tech savvy buyers will return these in frustration.

The remote itself takes a bit of getting used to, unlike the harmony one were the screen was far away from your thumb, on the touch it is right were you would want it, the flip side of course is that many of the physical buttons are now difficult to reach, this is a fair trade in my opinion.

One of the nice new features of the remote is that it lets you program channel specific buttons for the touchscreen, it does this by asking you what cable provider you are using and downloading the list of all the channels, this is a very cool feature that I find myself using a lot.

The charging station is also new, a nice little improvement over the one which often would fail to charge because it was not put away properly.

Overall I am happy with this new remote and would recommend to anyone looking to buy an intelligent remote and get through clusterf00k that is the setup process.
