Detailed review
Once set up the Harmony One can make controlling your media center extraordinarily simple. Press one button and everything you need to play a game, watch a movie, listen to records or browse your media center pc is up and running. Again, that is after everything is set up, a task that is neither fun or easy. In fact it is a laborious task to set up the Harmony One thanks to the absolutely abysmal software required to do so.

The only other annoyance I've experienced is in the button press delay. While settings are offered to adjust delays I've had numerous problems getting responsive button presses particularly with my PS3. After speaking with multiple customer support representatives and fiddling with the terrible software for hours I eventually gave up and decided to live with less than ideal responsiveness. While tolerable, it is frustrating to spend so much on a remote and still have these sorts of issues. And again, Logitech, please release better setup software.
