Back lighting won't automatically turn off.
I loved my logitech Harmony remote but I can't use it anymore. For some reason it just stopped automatically turning off the backlight, and now runs through a set of batteries in about a week. I try to manually turn it off when I notice it but because it senses when you enter the room it constantly turns on the back light and I don't realize it is on until I use it again. I searched the support forms and could not find any similar issues or fixes. I tried resetting it using the software...
