The Logitech Harmony 880 represents the future of remotes: It's universal, it has a color LCD, it's easily programmable on a PC (no need for an A/V installer), and it's reasonably priced. It's our Editors' Choice.
Read the full review →I appreciate how much work has gone into the Harmony process. I have my work cut out for me to tweak the custom buttons to my satisfaction, but Harmony has the tools I need to make it happen. The Logitech Harmony 880 is a leap ahead of many other universal remotes on the market.
Read the full review →The Logitech Harmony 880 is by far the best universal remote I have used and it makes me wonder why I didn't get one sooner. The elegance of the Harmony solution and the power of its flexibility earn it an Editor's Choice here on PC Perspective.
Read the full review →My wife thanks Harmony, but, really, I thank Harmony, for this little wunderkind evolution in their web-and-local-progammable remote product line. It wasn't until this little baby entered my home theater setup that I realized just how much time and needless calories I'd been wasting...
Read the full review →Ok here's the deal. I bought this 3 years ago and for the first 12 months I was in remote heaven! But then it happened... I flipped the remote over on the couch one day and the zero button pops out. Devastation sets in... So I try popping it back in there like nothing happened and...
Read the full review →Once you get past the learning curve of a remote that keeps track of the 'state' of your devices, your love affair with this thing will begin. My wife really questioned why we were spending $140 on a remote (can be found cheaper these days, go search). But now this remote has become her...
Read the full review →First, I admit there are a couple of cool things about this remote. I like that it can be recharged, and actually keeps its charge a good long while. The 'Remote Assistant' is also a nice idea that keeps all your devices 'in check' for a selected activity. Also on the...
Read the full review →I went through maybe four $100 remotes, without satisfaction. I searched for two years. Then I found this one. Sure it cost twice what I was spending, but it finally delivered. The Harmony line, with the web based programming interface is key. So I've used this thing forever now, and...
Read the full review →I got a refurbished one at a greatly reduced price, but now after having it for over 6 months I would gladly pay full price for the thing if I had to buy another one. Definitely worth it. The setup is extremely easy. All you have to do is hook it up to a computer with an internet connection...
Read the full review →This would be the killer remote (and I've owned a slew of them) except the buttons are really terrible.
Read the full review →Loved the idea of the Harmony, but the experience hasn't been all that great. Programming the different devices were easy enough. But some of my devices require different infrared delays, and it doesn't account for that. Understandable, but then at least make it easy to adjust it...
Read the full review →Very easy to program even with separate HDTV inputs and separate A/V inputs for sound for each Home Theater component plus Dish DVR. Programmed correctly the first time. I have had it about two weeks now and love it. Only complaint is that the buttons are small and hard to read. Would be...
