This would be an awesome feature and with all the backlights and colour screen, I'm surprised it's not there and if it is, I'm either blind or it's very well hidden! If there is a way to check how much battery power is left, I would love to know how!
I'm using this with an LG 47LH40 and some other components. With any activity that I have set, if nothing is on at first, the remote will turn everything else on that is supposed to be, as well as the tv, but then it won't switch the TV to the correct input. I tried messing with the delays in the Harmony software, but I have not had any success. I also did a quick Google search and came up with nothing. I called Harmony's support line for them only to tell me they were doing a system...
