What we’ve got here is an absolutely excellent mouse. If you want a wireless mouse, I still recommend the Mamba, but the G500 can stand up to Razer’s flagship any day. It’s comfortable, feels like it’ll last for a long time, and it works like a charm. What more do you want?

There's quite a lot to like about Logitech's new Gaming Mouse G500, but with a competing mouse from Microsoft offering its own set of features, gamers now have some choices to make. The G500 will appeal to performance-driven shooter fans. The choice is less clear for other kinds of PC gamers.
Read the full review →So, my advice? If you're dedicated to Logitech, wait for the next G500, or the surely inevitable wireless variant. Logitech will probably fix the problems in the revision, just like they did before. Or, just stick with the actually good G5, which is $20 cheaper, at $50.
Read the full review →If Logitech married the ergonomics of the G500 with the looks and features of the G9x it would have the ideal mouse. Provided you're willing to put up with its minor flaws and limitations, however, the G500 is still an excellent and affordable effort.
Read the full review →While we love the classic shape of the G500, we miss the G9-series’ ability to switch between profiles using just the mouse. If you absolutely detest the shape and interchangeable bodies of the G9 mice, this is an acceptable rodent. However, if you can adjust to the G9x, it’s a superior product.
Read the full review →The G500 is a great mouse: it's comfortable, customisable and feature-packed. But for most users, including gamers, you're better off saving your cash and getting something simpler and cheaper, like Logitech's M500.

The extra thumb buttons are a very nice addition, and I'm extremely happy to see that the free spin/click mode switching button for the mouse wheel has been moved from...
Read the full review →I've been using this for awhile and I had a Logitech G9X and I prefer the G500. It is unbelievably comfortable, fantastically grippy, which is perfect for those long gaming sessions, easiest to adjust dpi on the fly, adjustable scroll wheel is a favorite of mine, and just the best mouse I have...
Read the full review →This is the best gaming mouse I've been able to test yet. And it's a jewel to use all day even while not playing.
Read the full review →It's a great gaming mouse, not too pricey, good feel in my hand.
Read the full review →I bought this for designing. With the accuracy and weight configurations, it's a very nice mouse. The only issue I have is that the software is only Windows compatible, thankfully I was able to use it via Bootcamp.
