I'm not saying that you need this mouse to be good; there are plenty of people I play with that are using older mice and rail in the sixties but let me say that I'd be frightened if they got ahold of the G5. Mad skills and this mouse are bad qualities in an opponent. DON'T TELL YOUR FRIENDS.

Read the full review →The Logitech G5 Laser Mouse -- Battlefield 2142 Special Edition is a poor investment. If you already own a G5, G7 or even an MX518 there is no compelling reason to buy this mouse. However, if you're a Battlefield fanboy, or happen to know one, this is the best Christmas gift ever.
Read the full review →I thought it would be quite a while before I found a mouse better than the MX518, but I was wrong. If you’re serious about gaming, you need a weapon that can give you an edge – the Logitech G5 is that weapon.

This is my favourite gamer mouse, it is simply the most comfortable and has the right amount of options/buttons. I even love the weights! Speaking of the weights... the single...
Read the full review →The Logitech G5 has an impressive laundry list of features. Very accurate, adjustable weight, good fit in the hand, smooth operation. I've been using it for about two years, and it's held up remarkably well. The shape is probably the first thing I look for in a mouse, it has to be...
Read the full review →I was using a wireless Logitech Mouse before I broke the wireless adapter. Since I play a good amount of PC First Person Shooters, I was looking for a good, comfortable, wired gaming mouse. Look no further. Very simple, comfortable and sleek design makes this an easy choice. You have the...
Read the full review →I bought the G5 a year or two ago, and I still can't bring myself to replace it. I bought it for 100$ (maybe less), and all I can say is: 100$ well spent. In the packaging you get the mouse, CD with software on it (for the DPI), and weights. Honestly, I never found the weight cartridge of...
Read the full review →Ergonomics: Very comfortable mouse for someone who palms the mouse. Nice groove for your thumb, and room for all your fingers. Slight edge above the pinky to help pick it up. If you are the type of person who claws the mouse, it certainly won't give you any problems, but its probably bigger...
Read the full review →Great touch and feel for a mouse and can put in weights for a customize-able feel. I had problems with configuring the side buttons to do exactly what I wanted so I ended up quit using them.
Read the full review →As a pure gaming mouse, there is still nothing better for my purposes. (Rating adjusted because I am no longer forced to use an average score - which allows me to adjust the score to recognize the relative weights I give the evaluation variables)
Read the full review →This mouse having a laser reader is much more accurate than an optical mouse. It also features side scrolling, but I felt it interferes with the middle clicking. I have often side scrolled when I wanted to middle click. The good thing is Logitech gives you a software that lets you customize all...
