It's completely my fault but I accidentally tripped over the wire and it fell a few feet of my pc desk. One of the cups snapped off but the wire is still intact and it still sounds fine. These will probably be fine for 99.9 percent of you but I've never really bothered dealing with tech support before because it seems like a pain to find a box and ship these in. I'm thinking about getting this shipped too (if qualified under warranty) because I love having 5.1 surround sound in my pc...
