I consistantly get drops on the 5ghz radio with this unit. I can run 2.4 with no issues, but 5ghz just craps out all the time. The sad this is that I can get some AMAZING throughput when it will stay on consistantly. I have even resorted to using DD-WRT to get a little more control over the device. It's gotten significantly better, but I still just don't use my N because it's not stable enough. I'll go from 4-5 "bars" to disconnect. The power brick to my Linksys WRT610N died, and it was out of warranty. Called tech support and they told me they don't sell the bricks.
Only way to get one was to buy a new set. WTF? Have you guys had the same problem? Not just Linksys but other vendors who are so obviously anti-green and quite anti-consumer?
