Was a great phone, glad I moved on to a smartphone though. Palm Pre Plus has nothing on this phone's keyboard. I had two complaints about it. One, charging port broke after a year of use, wouldn't charge phone. Replaced with same model. Then, random crashes. (I had no idea dumb phones...
