Since this phone is a quad band world phone, I had ATT send me the unlock code and I used it for the year while I lived in France. Worked great. I texted, called, and checked my prepaid money balance all while I was over there. I used it with the Orange network in France but roamed with it in Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, England, Belgium, Poland, Greece, and the Czech Republic. Works great everywhere.
