Over the past week, it has powered off on me spontaneously about four or five times, just when I get an incoming call. I have to re-boot the device to call back the party who killed my phone. When I re-boot, I appear to lose two or sometimes three bars of battery charge. Once, the battery appeared completely drained and I had to re-charge from my car adapter. When my contract expired with Telus, this phone had just come out. It was the newest phone in the store, and the woman that worked there did a good job convincing me that it was the right phone for me.
