The ThinkVision LT1423p is a new external display from Lenovo which will be available in two flavors (wired, using USB 3.0; and wireless, over WiFi). Regardless of which one you pick, both models feature a 13.3" 1600x900 AH-IPS touchscreen display that also supports pen input. Both models will ship sometimes in Q2 2013, with prices of $349 for the wired version and $449 for the wireless version, respectively.
