The LaCie Rikiki USB 3.0 still posts some pretty decent numbers despite of its 5400-rpm drive. It is for those who are looking for something wrapped up in a small package that is both sexy and speedy.

LaCie knows how to make a great drive and this one is no exception. I'll keep things simple: minimal design, solid hardware, massive amount of storage, and USB 3.0. It's exactly what you'd want in a high-capacity, portable drive.
Read the full review →Only drawback to this beautiful case and hdd is that the cable is not a standard miniUsb or microUsb. So, if you lose the cable or you're not careful enough with it, you'll be pretty much left without an external case (you can always remove the hdd)... This is a HUGE drawback for me.
Read the full review →I have it on my Airport Extreme. It's fast & smooth & works well with Finder. No power cord is a great bonus! It makes a tiny bit of drive whine, but you have to be pretty close to hear it. (4ft, in normal noise)
