I just came back from running an errand where I had my iPod tucked inside my coat and was wearing the headphones under my hat, with the cord hanging loose. The cord caught on a chain-link fence I was passing, and with the speed I walking at, the cord yanked one 'phone off my ear, separating it from the clip.
