I never wanted an ereader. Saw the Kobo in store and decided to buy it. I never thought I'd say this, but its actually nicer to read than a real paperback novel. Lighter to hold, easier one handed operation when you're lying back and reading and always remembers where you were up to....

Generally Kobo is a great little ereader. It is very focused on the task of reading books which is a big win for me. It feels like a beta though. The UX is pretty good, but there are areas that need some work (the currently reading section needs to be rethought). The battery life is no where near...
