The best way to manage your library is http://calibre-ebook.com/ it's free and works with Windows, Mac & Linux. The best feature of calibre though is as a conversion tool. It can convert PDFs and all formats of eBooks into the correct format for your device and load them onto the device. Brilliant!
I had the chance to use the support for a problem on the eReader and they responded fast with the right solution.
