Detailed review
These are great earphones from my point of view: before trying them, I tried Apple InEar and Koss PortaPro.

Apple were worse because they used to telegraph a lot of noise from wire movement, making it unpleasant to listen to music while running or biking.
Klipsch do not have this problem, while they maintain full compatibility with Apple devices (they have been specifically built at this purpose) and more, since I just found out that all controls and the mic work great on Blackberry too.

Regarding sound quality, as I said I don't have strong comparative experiences, but generally I can say that noise isolation is effective, bass vivid (but not too powerful, which I appreciate) just as mid-tones. On highs I have some doubts, but I couldn't tell whether it's because they could have worked better on the product or if it's just due to the limits of this kind of earphones (I believe in-ear headphones cannot catch up with around-ear headphones in terms of sound quality).

All in all, I am much happy with this product, I have great sound if weighted on the versatility of the object, discrete in general.

I'll try not to have them sucked up in the vacuum cleaner (like Apple InEar) or forgotten on an airplane (like Koss PortaPro) :)

Awesome! I had the exact same setup as you before buying these: PortaPro + Apple in-ear. PortaPro has awesome frequency response, but it is an open headphone, so it's limited to specific, silent places. The S4i is my everywhere companion. Its sound is well-balanced, and the bass is much better than both the Apple in-ear and the PortaPro.

Love it.
