Recently, I've been trying out Jolicloud on my netbook.

It's a version of Linux meant to make you're computer into more of a Cloud computer, much like Chrome OS. It uses mostly web apps, but can still use and install linux apps and has the plus of still having access to you're files on you're hardrive. It seems like this is a Ubuntu-based Linux OS with NBR installed, optimized for netbooks (Eee PC 900 running smoothly with it), but as my recent comment to the fan page of Jolicloud of Facebook: "Even though this is for netbooks (assuming so), it works incredibly well on my Lenovo W500.
