The comfort isn't that big of an issue once you get used to them not sitting full inside your ear. What gets them such a great score is it is near impossible to find headphones with inline controls and a mic at this price.

Comfortable earphones with successful anti-tangle cable design. Cable noise is disturbing and some of the microphone sound goes into my own ears when calling. Otherwise the sound is good. L-shaped connector unplugs the iPhone easily in my pocket.
