Conclusion: Pass on it
Adding physical buttons to an iPhone in order to improve your mobile gaming experience might seem like a good idea, but unfortunately, the iCade Mobile doesn't quite do the job. Although its physical controls do work in supported games, that universe is relatively small, the controller has a cheap feel to it, and it adds a significant amount of bulk to your once-svelte phone.
