The iHome iDM8 is a small, affordable, and attractive Bluetooth speaker that provides reasonable sound quality at relatively low volumes. However, it doesn't include a speakerphone, and given that you'll need to stay pretty close to the speaker to be able to get any real use out of it, you may be better off getting a similarly priced wired desktop speaker, which will provide higher-quality sound — or spending a little more on a more versatile Bluetooth speaker.
