The iHome iD50 combines an iPod dock, a Bluetooth speaker, and a clock radio into a solid but imperfect all-in-one nightstand device.

The iHome iD50 is a decent choice if you want an iOS speaker dock that also works as an alarm clock, though you can, of course, already use your iOS device as an alarm clock for free. As a full-featured bedside companion, the iD50 has some good features, including a speakerphone, Bluetooth streaming, and a suite of apps, including one that tracks how much you've slept each night — though we think that iHome should have made the apps free, rather than asking you to pay $1.99 for each one after you've already bought the iD50 for $150.

iHome's iD50 offers quality audio and a built-in speakerphone, but you need three separate apps to get the most out of this alarm clock dock.
