The last throes of the Pentium III, the T series is hardy, being made of high quality materials and being of well QA'd construction. The device does not come with built in wireless so it's in need of a card to take advantage of wifi. obviously obsolete for anything but the most basic Notebook/Netbook tasks, it does offer a larger screen that it's netbook counterparts while weighing only 4-5lbs.
It's original Pentium III processor is a low power chip making it a perfect device for non-cpu-intensive server roles and all day couch surfing.
