You have to have the latest radio ROMs. Mine were AT&T. If your radio firmware is below a certain level audio doesn't work. Happened to me anyway. You need a good default.txt file for the Kaiser which is not always provided correctly. Mine is below. The part about board-kaiser-keypad.atttilt=1 is for the AT&T Tilt keyboard where Fn keys aren't mapped right without it. Pro: Android Android Market - APPS! Also got an Experia X1. Kaiser is superior in one area.
Recently bought one second hand. but this also co-insided with me moving over 100 miles from Aberdeen to Edinburgh in Scotland. I've moved into a "new town" flat/appartment in the Stockbridge area of the city. And currently I'm in the middle of a long wait for my phone and internet to be connected. What ROM are you running?
There are so many great ROMs available for the Tilt found on the XDA Developers site, which one are you using? Or for those that are constantly reflashing their phones, what is your favorite ROM? I am currently using Josh's WM6.5 21820 Light. It is fast, clean and very stable on the Tilt.

Love(d) the AT&T Tilt - But what to replace it with?
I was quite a happy camper in October 2007, purchasing my Tilt from AT&T the first week it was released. Upgrading from a capable, yet ancient, Motorola flip phone, I finally felt like I had a modern, useful device with everything I wanted in my "laptop replacement" (as I viewed it at the time).
