  • Reception and call quality I can get 4G EVERYWHERE. Call quality isn't the best, but it's still not bad. good

  • Battery life I used to have to charge this thing at least 2 times/day and it would still end up dead! Installed 2x battery and that helped a lot but this battery is horrid! awful!

  • Design and form factor Boring design. USB port has bad placement (can't use kick stand with it plugged in). I miss my dedicated camera button too. so-so

  • Durability Used screen covers and the screen still looks great. The chrome finish on the kickstand is peeling and the power button is very crummy. so-so

Detailed review
After I rooted and installed CM7 on this phone it is usable now. Verizon and HTC really dropped the ball on this device. The lack of updates and the terrible battery killed this phone. While the 4G is super fast and this phone take full advantage of that it sucks that I had to hack it to make it a good phone.
