I bought the Pure the week it came out. I've been waiting for the merger of WinMo 6.5 and the 2nd revision of the Diamond to make it over to the "states". I've been pleased so far. Got it to check out the Pure earlier this month, some first impressions of it and WinMo 6.5: -It took a seriously long time to boot for the first time; so long I thought maybe I had a lemon. -Overall the device feels pretty sluggish and unresponsive, especially when moving between apps. -WiFi is off by default and (still) pretty difficult to find and turn on (start > settings > connections > WiFi > turn on > configure, etc.). -You don't have a 3.5mm jack -- it's HTC's... Has anyone does any upgrades to this phone? I just bought it this past weekend after breaking up with my 3GS. I've only used this a couple of days, but so far am not impressed. It's laggy, slow, tortoise-like.... did I mention that it's slow? Even on wifi, connectivity leaves much to want. I really appreciate, however, how much customization can be done.
