Detailed review
This phone has a lot going for it. As other reviews will tell you in great detail, the design and materials of this phone is simply fantastic. For as large as it is, the way it is sculpted really makes it feel smaller than I imagine a phone of this size should feel. However, even with my average hands I found that I had to use two hands more often than I would like.
Also, this screen is amazing. Definitely the best I have used on a smartphone, and I've have owned the iPhone 4 and SGSII. The clarity is superb, huge viewing angles, and stands up well in direst sunlight.
Unfortunately, I have already decided to return this phone and stick with my SGSII for the time being. The biggest issue I have with this device is the software. It's simply too buggy for me. On more than one occasion I have gone to sleep with 90% battery and wake up to a completely dead phone. This is with all the same apps that I still use on my SGSII and Inspire so I have no idea where that issue is coming from. There is also way too many instances of phone lag. On a fresh reboot the phone is very fast, but sooner or later it just becomes bogged down and you need to do a complete reset just to get the performance back to par. Then there is Sense itself and the device not officially supported for rooting.
If you enjoy Sense, want a bigger phone, want LTE, and don't have a desire the root your device, this is your best choice on AT&T. Otherwise, it may be better to wait.
