I've been looking a smart phones for awhile now. I was looking at the Iphone 3GS, but was reluctant as I hate itunes. I live in a windows environment and do all my email, calendar and contact management with Google. So an android phone is what drew my attention. Since buying the phone 3 weeks... Great little phone for its time. Perfect size to fit comfortably in your pocket. Full metal case means the phone is hard wearing, and has survived many drops and collisions. Great phone with a great platform. Read the full review →

With HTC's upcoming crop of Androids, you'll be able to separate people into two distinct groups: those who spring for the brainier, better-specced Desire, and those who get bowled over by the beautiful, yet lesser-specced Legend.
It's safe to say that HTC's broken yet another mold with the Legend, stunning the world with both its hardware and software design. There's no question about the unibody's toughness, and many other features we've seen here are of significant improvements over the Hero.
Overall the HTC Legend offers a user experience that is an absolute joy. From set-up to everyday use, it is intuitive, fun and engaging, making the Legend a serious contender for your hard-earned cash.
It took a little Magic and a Dream but Android eventually got a Hero to champion the OS. Now, the HTC Legend comes in an aluminum suit of armor to join the ranks of the Android army. So, is this knight in shining armor set to be the vanguard of the explosive growth of Android?
Ultimately, the Virgin HTC Legend is a great little phone and certainly one of the best Android phones in its price range currently on the market in Canada, especially for those new to smartphones. Sense is something that most people ‘get’ after playing with it for just a little while. Making Android usable to the general consumer is something that HTC has excelled at.
