Detailed review
I've been waiting for an android phone on sprint for a while now, and this is it. The HTC Hero is a solid device. The android platform brings plenty of apps, and HTC Sense UI is not only very solid but also very nice to look at. The custom widgets HTC Bundles with the phone are top notch and excellent when showing off my phone. The only downside is the phone is a little sluggish at time when too many apps are running (nothing a taskiller cant fix). The hap-tic feedback while typing is also nice, and the predictive text is allowing me to type faster than I thought I would be able to on a touch screen phone. Better news is sprint and HTC's commitment to update the phone to 2.1 bringing even more features and usability to the phone.
