Detailed review
The phone is really good as far as hardware is concerned. The camera and video have a couple limitations, but overall it's a great phone. The sound quality is a bit tiny as some people have noted, but it's actually louder than my previous iPhone 3GS (which I lost, but now do not miss! ). Using Google Apps on this phone is limited at the moment as you can't sync the calendars yet. This should change soon as software updates, but this is always the case. Software will be much improved once HTC SENSE is available and I think it will prove to outshine the iPhone 3GS. Multi-tasking on this phone is great along with the notifications. As far as UI and GUI intuitiveness, I haven't had problems adjusting, but things are different but kind of the same.
Update:
UPDATE: The screen cracked and I didn't drop the phone or place it in my pant pocket. There must be a flaw with the glass they used. FYI.. Customer service has been pretty bad. They've been slow to email the mailing label and now to refund the money.. It makes me really ify on buying another phone from Google directly.
