Detailed review
Overall I am positive on this initial version of the Nexus One, and grateful to my friends at Google for having given me access to the phone a few days in advance.
Likes:
- Fast
- Easy to grasp (but I am a geek)
- Most basic feaures are OK to good
- Tons of apps are already available
- Integration of Google Services and Microsoft Exchange
- UNLOCKED!!!
Improvements needed:
- Battery time's got to improve, I run out by 3 to 5pm on average use
- A lot of UI work to be done to homogenize applications
- Phone UI itself rough around the edges
- the earphones are so big they kill me
