This Android phone offers snappy performance, fast 4G speeds, and 720p video recording, plus world phone capability. Our only major complaint is the relatively short battery life, but this handset wasn't far off the Android average.

The HTC Evo Design 4G gives you a lot of smartphone for a good price--fast 4G speeds, a good camera, a strong processor, and a sophisticated design. It's an excellent choice for Sprint customers, except those who are specifically looking for a dual-core phone.

While the HTC EVO Design 4G is priced nicely at just $99, it doesn’t feel too much like a budget handset. It certainly has a few drawbacks, and it’s a little on the thick side compared to most of today’s smartphones, but for the cost of the device on contract it’s really hard to complain.
