  • Durability I have had the phone for a few months, never dropped it and the plastic around the glass is chipping away poor
  • Ecosystem (apps, accessories, etc.) Love Android 2.3, hate HTC's uninstallable bloat ware, and crappy UI overlay poor
Detailed review
I got this phone from my job, and thank god i didn't pay for it or I would be pissed. I normally love HTC hardware but this is crap. just a few months into having this phone and the plastic around the glass is chipped, and I have never even dropped this phone. add that to the uninstallable bloat ware, and crappy HTC UI overlay and you can see why HTC is losing sales.
