Purchased an Incredible for myself and one for my wife at launch and we've been really happy with it.
details
I haven't had any issues but I do recall my wife's Incredible having issues with text messages going to the wrong person. It was rare but after a couple times I went ahead and did a hard reset on her phone and she hasn't had the issue again. Still feels as fast as when I got it but I keep mine pretty clutter free. Only widget I use is the main clock/weather widget and I never use the animated background.

I've been surprisingly disappointed. I'm on phone number three in 9 months.
details
It has made calls without my knowledge, texted the wrong people, and worst of all, reset itself on a number of occasions. When it works, it's a decent phone, but it has not been worth the risk, or the trouble of having to set it up (download apps, reload contacts, customize home screen, etc.). I like Android and want to stick with it, but next time I'll go with a Motorola. Also, a third party launcher is a must as I find HTC Sense to be flaky and annoying.

Having issues playing Pandora with my wife's Droid Incredible.
details
We usually connect it to the stereo through an auxiliary cord and it starts out fine, but some songs play all the way through and others skip to the next song for no reason. Sometimes it just stops unexpectantly and we have similar issues when using the iheartradio app. We have a soft cheap silicone case on it and I suspect the edges of it touch the screen, but it's not consistent. I took the case off, but still same weird stuff. Does anyone else have similar issues with their Droid... Read more →

I know that I have been waiting for these to become readily available for a couple of months but I just wanted to give a heads up about 32GB MicroSDHC cards.
details
Apparently a few reputable retailers have them in stock now like Buy.com and J&R. http://www.jr.com/sandisk/pe/SAD_SDSDQ032GA1/ Hopefully I'll get one in the next couple months and get all my media from my iPod Touch onto my Nexus One. If only the battery lasted as long...

Everyone complains about Android's fragmentation at the OS level, but one other thing I've been noticing lately is how completely inconsistent even…
details
something as minor as physical button layouts are on Android handsets. I've seen almost as many different combinations of buttons as there are Android phones, and the funny thing is that manufacturers aren't even internally consistent with their layouts, it's like no one can settle on a preferred order. I know this isn't something that the average person would notice or maybe even care about -- they probably don't have six Android phones on their desk right now -- but it... Read more →

One Average Geek’s perspective over leaving AT&T
details
Yeah…so, I left AT&T and my iPhone. Some people will look at me like I’m crazy or shake their heads like “Uh huh, he stopped sipping the Kool-Aid.” What I am about to tell you, is coming from a regular consumer, not someone who gets paid to say these things or someone who is trying to sway others. I count myself not only as a gadget geek but a well informed one and I knew what i was getting into...at least I thought I did. But at least let me start off by saying that yes while the mobile... I don't think it's fair that Verizon is downplaying this phone. It really is a great device, amazingly fast and stable.
details
Some battery life issues, but that's a universal problem for Android. Is it because there are so many 4-inch Android handsets coming out (Evo/Droid X/etc)? Anyone who's handled one of those knows its a completely different form factor. I prefer the smaller screen. The Evo just isn't pocketable, and apparently the Droid X is even bigger. Unfair that they're stealing this little guy's thunder.
