The HP PhotoSmart 6510 e-All-in-One offers a slightly higher paper capacity, a built-in photo tray, an auto-duplexer, and a larger LCD. But the 5510 was somewhat faster in our tests, and its output quality ... was slightly better than the 6510.

There's no doubt that the HP Photosmart 6510 will look better on your desk than most competitors will. Beyond that, the output is quite good, and the MFP is easy to operate. If your scanning needs are minimal ... the Photosmart 6510 is a good choice for the price.

The 6510 is not a bad multifunction model. It produces great quality output both for text and graphics documents and the Web features are nicely implemented and easy to use. But seeing that it lacks features ... we're not sure it's worth paying the price premium ...

A practical and well appointed home all-in-one, with comprehensive wireless print options from mobile devices as well as useful, if low capacity, dual trays. Prints are generally good, though they would be quicker if the printer didn't faff about so much before starting each job.
