Have been using this laptop for about 2.5 years now. Pretty reliable. Needs some delicate handling. The one thing I dislike about it is the position of the hard disk drive under the space for the left palm. This spot tends to become warm overtime. However, I do not have any overheating issues with this laptop. The NVIDIA Geforce GO 7400 graphics card that I added to the laptop is not the best, but does well with the graphics applications that i use it with. The keyboard could have used a better layout, positioning the trackpad slightly to the left
