Detailed review
I've had my dm1 for around a year now, and at $369.99 this thing has been one of the best-valued electronics I've ever bought. That was the base model at the time (with an internet coupon), and it's equipped with a 1.6 GHz E-350 processor, 3 GB of RAM, and 320 gigs of HD. Advertised as a netbook, this easily replaced my aging Dell laptop and performs any function I need it to do. As a law student, that means having 10+ tabs of Chrome, a few pdfs, Evernote, and several word files open for long periods of time. It'll chug that all down handily for 4.5/5 hours before giving in. Light internet surfing will last a lot longer (~7 hours), especially on lower power settings. I also play some League of Legends occasionally, and while that's not an extremely taxing game, my laptop doesn't cause any lag.

The keyboard is excellent. They fit in everything they needed to in a small space, and the only button choices I would change would be to make all Function keys perform their normal behavior (they're shortcuts to various actions). The touchpad is horrible, but I hate all touchpads and use a mouse so that point is moot to me.

Know what you're buying, though. This isn't a desktop replacement, and I don't expect mine to last more than 2 years. But it's perfect for what it is, which is a very portable and stylish laptop with more than enough screen, battery, and performance for my needs.
