  • Print quality For black & white, it does the job, color takes forever & is mediocre and never printed on special paper, so I can't speak for the color. good
  • Speed For straight text docs, it's fast, for excel docs where there are borders, takes forever unless you set printer to 300dpi so-so
  • Noise Not too stoked about it. so-so
  • Ink / toner cost Then again what toners are a good value? so-so

It was good for what it is at the time. I needed an all in one printer (fax, copier, scanner, & printer) for a business I started 7 years ago, and in South Korea the choices were either Samsung, LG, Canon or HP, so I went wit the HP
