Detailed review
The whole notion of Chrome OS is having your world running in one place and one place only, the Chrome browser. This is what Chrome OS all about. The concept is cool and if you like me, you can probably do 50% of your work via your browser. The Chrome OS pretty much cuts and removes all the excess "fat" of the OS and force you to do your work via browser.

The user experience is pretty straight forward. If you've been using Chrome browser, not much a surprise. There are some cool touch around having a layer window open to play the video or document. All things that supposed to work within the browser windows are working fine (javascript, AJAX, Flash all works).

I installed mine on my MacBook Pro VMWare and the performance is still pretty sluggish even though I throw 512MB to the configuration (not sure why). I am able to browse the Internet, go to my favs site: facebook, youtube, google doc, etc. I am not able to make the sound work so far.

Well it is on its infancy so I expect things are becoming smoother on the next build? Will I start to convert my netbook to it? Not sure about it. I think for now I will stick with my MAC OSX and Windows 7 :) Looking forward next year to see the hardware with Chrome OS built-in to it.
