I downloaded the .vmdk file and Vmware Player. How do I get the server set up from the vmdk file? It is looking for ann iso file.

I tried to run the vmdk file using Vmware workstation 7 but it doesn't work. I am told to open the .vmx file instead, but that isn't included in the download...
