Detailed review
The changes Google made with Android 4.1 are brilliant. By far the smoothest and best looking phone OS available. Not quite as easy to pick up and use as iOS, but that's what you sacrifice for functionality. Some slight UI inconsistencies have yet to be cleaned up, but Android is headed to beautiful places down this path.
